Provided by YP.comMy son and I stayed in motel almost 3 weeks, toilet overflowed, Manager Rob refused to plunge toilet!! Me and housekeeper had to do it. We plunged and toilet started forcing water out of toilet like a waterfall!! Rob then came to room, plunged 3 times and left screaming at us that we should have been able to do it ourselves!! Whole room flooded. Manager Linda stated "we will not give you another room, you caused it so you have to live in it!!". I advised them I will not stand by and be treated like this, told them I will contact the news channels and she then stated "Then I'm not giving your money back!" Mgr then called owner, Helen Faye and owner told her to refund my money minus 3 days and only if I'm out by (5pm). (3rd day was day of flood which occurred btwn 1 and 2pm) Note: Managers and owner were aware I was going through hard time. I think they thought I would be desperate enough to just stay in the room. It was so disgusting I would have rather slept in my car if I had to!!! Towels are always stained, sheets have cigarette holes in them. Outside grounds are scattered with trash which never was picked up while I was there. Housekeeper stated "this happens all the time and when its an upstairs room it floods downstairs room as well". Some of owners family stays there and are always fighting with each other inside and outside their room. Very family unfriendly enviroment!! No one deserves to be treated like this.
