Besides a long wait I went in with shoulder length hair asking for them to even it off and put in a few layers. I came home crying with a mullet. Went back for Liz to fix it and she told me I got what I asked for in layers and she didn't know what I wanted her to do. I am 29 yrs old and never have had someone treat me this way she literally only wanted to blow dry and prove me wrong. No manager on duty and no refund for their horrible work. Will never go there again

This company is absolutely horrible I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes without one greeting and when I asked if I should come back the stylist looked at me and said UH there's only two of us and looked away and continued cutting.. Horrible customer service ! Liz and Donna were the stylists on staff
