I have been receiving treatments from Dr. Kawasaki since 2007. Previous to him I received treatments from a chiropractic group in Metuchen N.J. and some years earlier in Hostage N.Y. I would rate Dr. Kara ahead of the previous Chirpractors. Not because they were bad, but rather for the following reasons. Effective and up-to-date treatment, excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to listen to and educate a patient. All of these combined creates a superior health professional. Without his treatments I could not do the weight training and aerobic exercise I wish to 5-7 days a week. If you live in Ocean County GO SEE HIM'!! Sologrego311

I've been under chiropractic care for neck pain and recently for headaches. If it were not for Dr. Kawa, the only alternative for me would be ibuprofen which is now deemed dangerous like many other pain killers. I've been to other chiropractors but Dr. Kawa has given me the best results. His technique is very different and gentle and it seems very modern compared to others. Highly recommended! Rich M.

About 20 years ago I injured my back at work. I was told about Dr. Kawa by my friend who praised him for helping her so I called and made an appointment. I put my faith in a chiropractor for the first time and it made a believer in me. I'm 62 years old and have had severe pain in my neck and shoulders. It was so bad last year that I had to be rushed to the emergency room and found out I had a pinched nerve. Now I can work for ten hours and I'm pain free thanks to Dr. Chris and his expert care and advice. I do my exercises regularly and I do not need surgery, which is what one doctor suggested. Very pleased with the care I receive from Dr. Kawa. He has relieved my neck and headache pain using a technique that works for me. I have gone to other chiropractors in the past and never had such a technique such as this. I would recommend him to anyone.

I am very pleased with my experience with Dr. Chris Kawa. He is very down-to-earth and knowledgeable, and definitely has a great 'bedside manner'. He and his staff are very personable. I have been going to Dr. Kawa for many years to have adjustments due to Football, Running, and Weight Lifting causing stress on my spine. I always leave his office feeling 100% better. He is very sociable and knowledge and will answer any questions you might have about chiropractic care or wellness/fitness in general. A couple of weeks ago, I had severe lower back pain that I couldnt sleep at night and it was unbearable to even sit in my car to drive. I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Kawa and told him what the problems were and he immediately diagnosed the problem and made the adjustments. The difference was night and day! It was also none too soon because I had a long car trip over the weekend (about 16 hours of driving in the car). I can honestly say that after all that driving I felt wonderful, albeit a little sleepy. The staff is also very friendly and courteous, so much so that it is an enjoyable experience to wait a couple minutes in the waiting room. Thanks Dr. Chris!

I was referred to Dr. Kawa a year ago by my Aunt and my sister. He is always very professional and personable. He fixed my problem right away, but I do continue to see him because I feel great when I leave his office. The staff at Discover Chiropractic is always very friendly and makes you feel welcome. i.e., AMy Mom and I had tried other Chiropractors offices, and were shuffled through like cattle, or not even listened to when we had a question or tried to explain the discomfort that my Mom was having. Mom saw an ad in the local town newspaper and showed it to me. She wanted to try a new doctor, and this one stood out. It was Dr. Chris Kawas office on Drum Point Rd, Brick. The first thing I thought was well its close to us, not even a half a mile away from home, that was the first plus. Well to my surprise, we certainly got lucky with Dr, Chris and his Staff. When Mom called to make an appointment, she was greeted with an actual person answering the phone, not a machine to leave a message. That person was Caroline and she was very pleasant on the telephone and made Mom feel welcome. When we arrived for our first appointment, EVERYONE in the office had a smile and made us feel welcome and appreciated, and most of all LISTENED and responded to our questions, face to face and did not hurry us out. Mom had been having pain and numbness in her leg for five months before we found Dr. Chris. The other Chiropractors just did the same thing over and over again never tried anything different or adjusted their treatments to tweak them to try and help my Mom. But Dr. Chris Kawa certainly cares about his patients. He listens, and also HEARS what you have to say. He tries different things to see what helps and what doesnt. He suggested decompression therapy which we tried, and FINALLY after everyone else failed or wanted operations, my Mom is starting to see some relief in her leg. It took a while, but Dr. Chris has been able to help her. She enjoys seeing everyone at the office, and they have certainly given my Mom back her lifestyle, and I am once again seeing a smile on her face to match the ones on everyone in Dr. Chris Kawas office. Dont just take my word for it, make the call, set up an appointment, and see for YOURSELF. It will be the best phone call you ever make. local favorite, or highly recommended because
