I went for my first visit last week. I'm new to the area and needed an eye doctor and he was in my vision plan. The office was clean and organized and I didn't have to wait beyond my appointment. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. After that, there was not an ounce of friendliness or pleasantness from the woman who did my initial exam or from the doctor. The doctor was rude and abrupt. In addition, he was making calls to the front desk during my exam, and calling out to staff members in the hallway. It was clear that when I spoke, he didn't listen to me he just rambled right over me like he was in a rush--the office was running on time, why make me feel like your pants are on fire? I have a follow up appointment that I'm cancelling. I will not go back; he's not the only eye doctor in town or in my plan and I'm not going to tolerate a rude, arrogant doctor, especially not from an EYE doctor.

I have been going to this Doctor for over 5 years. In the beginning he was good and the glasses were perfect but I have noticed that he has been losing his skill. Also, it seems he is in a rush to get you in and out of his office and at times I felt he and some of his office staff talk down to you. The last 2 pairs of glasses I recieved had to go back out for ajustment. This wastes my time.
