Zero stars. Maple Leaf Park is the worst place I've ever lived. We bought a condo there in 2003. When our condo was damaged in a storm, they refused to accept responsibility for damage that they had to repair. They used crooked lawyers to throw out all our documentation when we went to court. They've stolen money out of our bank account. Living in MLP has ruined our lives. Not to mention the drugs and gangs that took over after a drug-related shooting, after which everyone sold their units and they got rented out to Section 8 tenants. Don't live there.
