ask me for my proof and i will gladly email or mail you my Pro-Roc Marine contract, copy of my bank checks in which i paid them, copys of the checks in which they deposited in there ocean first bank account, i can even show you where they spent my money!!! then i will provide the VIN number for the boat, it is on the contract anyway, and DMV documents showing they have no ownership, nor can they ever even obtain the title, then you can contact Tony Fercina, who of which is the current titled owner of my boat and who is also suing Rolf Papke and Pro Roc Marine over my contracted boat and other items, and after you take one min to look into all that, you will see black and white that this is how they handle there business, living off others hard earned money, they are THIIEFS, CROOKS, and just down right SCUM BAGS!!! on 5-12-2012 there were 9 Protestors outside Pro Roc including my self, and we will be there till these matters get resolved or they are out of business. 7 seperate people stopped to explain there problems with Rolf Papke and Pro Roc and there are many others. they all agreed to join us as well!!! because of there many scams and problems catching up to them, they got rid of the name Pro Roc Marine and are now called Pro Technologies!!!!!! scum bags like this never stay in business. PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR PROOF AND FACTS, i will gladly share. i can also share messages his own family members sent me, they went out of there way to email me explaining how much of a scum bag he is and they are very sorry to hear i was part of his sad life and stack of people he has screwed over.
