BE CAREFUL with this company. Make sure and get a QUOTE in writing, make sure you get the correct size dumpster you ordered and not larger, and for sure ask for a WEIGHT BILL with your bill. If you don't you may pay more than you bargained for.

Called and got a quote for a 15 yard dumpster - they were very clear - price for dumpster itself and then you pay by the ton at removal - Raccoon Hauling delivered a 25 yarder. I didn't realize since I have never renter a dumpster before and couldn't tell the difference - but since they didn't say anything at delivery - I figured since I requested a 15 yarder and nothing was said - that was all they had so my price was the same. Nope... when the bill came all I received was a TOTAL much higher than quoted - nothing about a breakdown of price of and weight.

When I called to question why I was paying for something I didn't ask for, all I got was..." IT'S THE WEIGHT" so I said ok, please send me the Weight Bill.... nothing ever came.
