Just moved to the area. Five star service and excellent prices. Love the small business atmosphere. Awesome store with everything your pet could need. Don't understand the negative reviews at all.

I was in your store to buy dog food I was waiting to check out there was a customer in front of me who had just paid for her purchase, she was a pretty little blond the only problem was the person behind the register forgot I was there . He not only continue his conversation with her but carried her 1 small bag to her car hugged her then came back in the store, asked if he realized I was standing there but he didn't seem to care asked for the mgr he said he was..asked for the owner he said opener doesn't come in any more I cannot believe u would let your store be run like this...your reviews aren't the best & I will consider buying my food on line ..France's

THE most rudest, negative ownership and "old" staff i have ever had to deal with in my life. The owner is a miserable, crotchety old guy and the tall think older guy at the counter is a useless, rude jerk. the kids that work there are cool but i can't take the old ones anymore...they lost my business.

We have shopped there for too many years.. When we lived in brick it was weekly. Always hated the staff. Owner so rude like you are really in his way. Never friendly service. If he hates what he does he should move on. When i heard the dogs i asked are you selling dogs now they said no they are ours they are ratters.... So they are caged up all day and let out at night. It Could be a great store with the right people running it. I have witnessed too many rude behaviors while shopping. most Prices are good but not worth the treatment.

This store is awesome. They have the biggest selection of pet specialty foods and treats along with a toy selection that rivals toys r us. The staff as always been helpfully and greatly knowledgeable. I've been shopping there for years and won't go anywhere else. A five star business!!!!

The business owner discriminates against the disabled and folks with illness. I went there today with my friend who is a regular, loyal customer for the past 15 years. I was nauseous from the 45 minute car ride and needed to vomit. I asked him if I could use the restroom, he told me to "go throw up in the parking lot", like I was an animal. When I went to go back in, he told me he couldn't afford for his employees or customers to get whatever I had, and said I had to leave. I told him I didn't have anything contagious, I was simply carsick and I needed to find my friend to take me home. He said "do what you have to do but I want you out of my business." I spend around $500-$600 a month on my dogs. I'm new to the area and looking for a place to buy pet supplies, however I can assure you it won't be at Rogers. He lost a great customer today.

I went to Rogers yesteday 6/20/2011 with my 6 year old daughter. While we shopped for treats and bedding for our dogs, my daughter said " Look Mommy, a puppy ! " I went over to see the puppy, and there was a cute little dog in a cage. A man came over and said to my daughter " Dont touch her" then grabbed the dog Sassy by her collar and picked her up in the air. Held her there, while Sassy dangled as she was strangled by this rough treatment. My daughteer was saying " Mommy LOOOOK ! " She was so upset by this. I said to the man " Om My God..by her neck...stop !" The I said "in front of my daughter? " He ignored our plees to put the dog down. I went straight to the front desk to complain about what we wittnessed in the back room. The man at the front desk replied " Thats the owner...its ok "

Seriously ? I am going to call the veterinarian association on him. I am going to pray that the dog Sassy, that dangled like a dead dog , has better treatment in the future. I will never support this man, or his buisiness.
