After 3 years of service at 150 a month I purchased my leased phones from sprint - they took our 502 dollars and explained nothing to us about process. I went to Metro PCS and found that after 3 hours of contacting Sprint talking to Managers my phones was sprint locked. they promised a escalation in case for fix in 24 hours, then 48 hours. They they said they have a software problem and the payment that I made through their system for 150 dollars was not reflecting in their software. The phones would not be unlocked unless the payment was reflecting in their system.
There payment for the phones showed removed 502 our of my credit card and the payment for 150 showed removed out of my credit card.
This should be illegal- I own the phones-its been 4 days and we are without service.
