Called reputable pool business. They(Name Withheld) could not service. They only service what they sell. The person who answered the phone said he could recommend two persons that would solve my problem. I Called "The Pool Doctor). " Not today, Friday we do not work on week ends but I have a pool to pump out around the corner from your home on Monday. While pumping I will run over and help you out". HE DID!!! He helped me out of a $500. control panel and $50. Cash. Next and only person to person phone call happened in about three days, and he was planning on sending the Panel to a repair company in Las Vegas. This nightmare began @ two months ago and he will not even return a phone call. Stay away from this trap!

The pool doctor made an appointment with my wife who took off a half day from work to meet him at 2:00 pm. When he didn't show she called him at 2:30. He said he couldn't make it because he had workers at his house. If he left, his wife would be mad at him. Needless to say, we now have to make other arrangements. He came highly recommended by Leslie's Pools out of Beaumont. Leslie's Pools should be careful who they recommend!

If you need a above the ground pool installed don't call this guy. I had to call him back several times , pool has only been in place for 3 years and I've having to replace the liner already. Pulled the old liner out , I discovered I was missing patio blocks under my outside supports, causing it to shift abd puncture a hole in it. Also I didn't have enough dirt or sand under the liner. Poor , poor instsllation and even worser warranty work. Do yourself a favor a don't call this fly by night installer , he will take shortcuts and overcharge you while he's at it. They suck .
