Unprofessional. Maintenance uncertified and comes at anytime of the night and day. Will not rent from again.

I wouldn't even consider living any other place in Bridge City. They treat you like family. You won't ever have to sit and wait for a maintenance man of you have any issues. One day I had a drip in my faucet and within 2 minutes of a phone call to the office the maintenance man was knocking on my door. That's service! The owners and management get to know the tenants. Richard is a really nice guy that has helped so many of his tenants. Like a family.
