This is the worst car dealership around! DO NOT go to them for anything! Firstly, I purchased a car from there and not even two weeks after having it the damn things started falling apart! They covered all issues with it for the first 2 months and then I had to pay to fix a car that I had bought a warranty for! Then come to find out when I took my car to nissan to trade in they faked the carfax! They refused to admit it of course. The car they sold me was in TWO head on accidents and the carfax showed that it was never in an accident AND was a one car owner! What a joke! DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM MIMI DRAGONE!

This is about the Waterbury Location. (I assume because they are owned by the same guy it would be just as bad at the Bridgeport location.) Their customer service is terrible. Don't waste your time!!!! The cars are way too much money for the condition they are in...plus they want too much down payment. My husband and I were desperate for a vehicle. We needed a full size SUV because we have a large family. The one we wanted she would not even discuss with us because she said we could not afford it. So, we looked at what she said our down payment would get us and they were crap suvs that were not even worth 5,000 in my opinion. She then pulled our arm telling us the payments would be cheap and down payment would be cheap. You know the normal scam. So we sat down started the paperwork and it took about 1 hour just to get the info on the loan for an suv we didn't want. (She was very unprofessional the whole time talking on her cell phone, surfing the internet, talking the the other salepeople about how many cars they sold today, she even went outside to start another sale while she left us sitting at her desk.) Finally the paperwork comes out and guess what...the monthly payment was ridiculous and I did the math and for an $11,000 suv it would come out to $19,800. We ripped up the papers and walked out!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! They need to get someone to look into this because they put about $3500 extra than what should have been there! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! If you need a credit acceptance loan try a place around the corner, the Chevy Loehmann dealer, they do credit acceptance too and the cars are much better.

This is the worst dealership that ever existed! They have horrible customer service and sell more lemons than Jamba Juice. Cars purchased from there are in terrible condition. They promise you the world with the vehicle just to make a quick buck. They promise customer service that doesn't exist and the Owner/Manager at the Waterbury dealership is a complete liar and fraud. This place should be investigated by the State for all illegal sales made there. If you value your money and time, PLEASE look somewhere else!!
