ROBERT SANTOS IS A WANTED FUGITIVE - CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POLICE
On or about June 18, 2015, Robert Silva Santos, the owner/operator of Excellence Hardwood Floors of Newark, NJ., failed to appear in Court to answer a Theft-by-Deception charge, which the Court previously found probable cause that Robert Santos likely stole money from one of his customers. The Montclair, NJ. Municipal Court has now issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Robert Santos. Therefore, Robert Santos remains a fugitive from justice.
Don't hire him, and risk him stealing your money. Do not harbor him, or obstruct justice, instead call the police, as Robert Santos deserves his day in Court!

Robert and Bruno just finished my hardwood floors. They did a great job! I would definitely use them again.Pricing was fair,work was done very well. They took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns,which I greatly appreciated.
On top of doing a great job they were very kind and personable.I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Robert Santos, owner of Excellence Hardwood Flooring, promised that he could rebuild my front porch. Instead, Robert stole my money when he collected $800 and never came back. Robert Santos avoided my calls and refused to refund my money. After taking the $800 deposit, Robert Santos, or Excellence Hardwood Flooring never came back.

Very neat and professional company

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!- We are taking them to court for damage to the floor they installed. They damaged the floors with their own equipment and missed the installation of some molding. They promised to return and fix the damage and never showed both times we took off from work and waited for them. They do no return calls. The promised a refund that we have never received.

Poor Workmanship. Did not finish job and stop returning phone calls. I was left with an unfinished job that cost me a lot of time and money to find some one else. Would not recommend. Once they get the bulk of the payment you will never see them again.

They Did an amazing job. I am very pleased and possibly will use them again in the future
