Recently my husband passed away, and as hard as that time is... one of the things that I had to do was sell my husband’s prized possession, his classic car. And I needed it towed to it’s new location and Alex came out and he was very professional but of all kind hearted he knew this wasn’t easy, but he made it easy and for that I’m great full! Fairfield Auto Works is A+ in my book!

Recently I was taking a small road trip with my kids and had the unfortunate event of blowing out my rear tire. I was a mess and scared because I had never had anything like that happen to me. I called Alex and he came to tow us. He made feel calm and he explained how and why this happened and what I needed to do. Thank you Alex you’re the Best!

I recently had the my car break down and need a tow, and thankfully I found Alex @ Fairfield Auto Work! As a woman alone and needing a tow it can be a very scary experience but not with Alex... he was very professional, very kind and understanding. He made the experience a lot easier and he charged very fairly! I was impressed and will definitely use him again if I need a tow! Thank you Alex

I am one of the owners of Euro Automotive and have been in business for over 18 years and have come across many people that I’ve worked with, but never have I worked with a more honest, respectful, knowledgeable, hardworking individual! Alex has been towing for us for years now and I wouldn’t trust my business with any other towing company, the way I trust him! If Alex tows your car, then it was done right!

This is regards to Amanda Simpsons rating.
She fails to state that, she was towed for illegally parking on private property. And as for paying for a receipt, it's called tax. She refused to pay Ct tax. And also her vehicle was already damaged before being towed as she told the driver at the time of the tow. She had Ample opportunity to pay a release fee at the time of towing and walked away. Shev was always spoken too with respect but she was very nasty. The vehicle was towed on a flatbed, which it's Literally impossible to damage a radiator or tail light in a Spacious lot.
Amanda Simpson was not a customer and is obviously a person who's trying to take advantage of a company to fix a vehicle that was already damaged. We at Fairfield AutoWorks LLC , have always stood in front of any issues if any with respect and delt with issues quickly and respectfully. But we will NOT being taken advantage of.
