Dr Mauer is a great doctor, however I have been insulted by his staff multiple times. Their rudeness and terrible customer service have made me not want to return. When a patient calls a doctors office to ask a question about a test the receptionist should not reply "read the instructions" and hang up. When the nurse tells a patient to call to make a follow up appointment, and the patient calls, the other nurse should not tell the patient "its not her job, call someone else". After being treated poorly by the staff multiple times, I would think twice about using this practice ever again.
