I had Internet and Voice-over telephone service with Cable vision, and I asked to cancel the subscription. The rep did not let me cancel it. They went over and over trying to convince me to reverse my decision, and I had to repeat more than 20 times asking to cancel the subscription. I had to raise my voice and yell to the rep in order to decline the subscription. They were very rude, they kept repeating they did not understand what I said. They called me back after I hanged up on them, they repeated " let me ask just one question" over and over. I was sick about them. They don't let me say simply I want to cancel. I was very upset that I had to do this in my living room where my kids and wife were wondering what was going on. I want to place complain to the consumer bureau. It was a horrible experience.



Stay away with them.
