This place is terrible. My friend bought a phone and it wouldn't charge, took it back the next day, and they made him pay to fix it. The owner is a major A#$%hole he does the repairs himself and even if its his mistake he will mot refund your money, He treats his employees like crap!! I've been in there a few times because of my friends problem,and everytime there is a long line of people waiting to complain about problems with thier phones,,and the owner will tell them he is not gonna give them there money back !! A lot of the people that go to this place have bad credit and that makes it hard for them to get a phone from a more reliable source, and this guy knows this and takes full advantage. I'm a very good judge of character(because i'm a pisces) so i can tell you this man is a selfish crook who is out to make a dollar anyway he can and he has no respect for good business, Worst customer service i have ever seen in my life!!!

I recently visited the Wireless Wizard store to purchase a cell phone, and every single one we tried to activate was reported "stolen" by the the cell phone carrier! How do they get away with this? It seemed to me that this store somehow can switch PLAN based phones to PREPAID phones making it difficult/ impossible to trace; as "Emily" indirectly explained. DO NOT PAY WITH CREDIT CARD! The staff claimed that "the person who does the credit card refunds is not in at the moment" not to worry because your card will be refunded the next bussiness day- FRAUD! They will ignore and dodge your calls/ messages when you call about your money NOT being reimbursed. Real experience, no joke, contacting the Better Business Bureaus website about this.
