I can't believe that on a crummy street such as Main Street in Bridgeport, CT this restaurant exists! I stumbled on it one day due to having a craving for some authentic home style food with some flavor and spice. Let me just say I have been coming back again and again and have tried every entree item and I keep going back. It's small, the food is really that darn good!



The Jerk chicken and jerk pork.. Halleluah! Meat so tender it falls off the bone. The right amount of flavor and spice and the price.. is simply right. The goat curry, reminds me of being transported overseas to a country where goat meat is a tasty delicacy. Curry chicken, the oxtail.. I with up with 2 orders every time I go order. If they had delivery service, they'd run out of food. Wake up Bridgeport.. There's a real healthy, delicious JamIcan restaurant right in your neighborhood and most just don't know about it. Better for me..lol! Seriously, if you're looking for something not bland or over-seasoned junk food; this place makes you feel like you stepped into someone's kitchen at home and ate a real meal - delicious as hell.
