We only tried this place because we had $50 in gift certificates to use that expired thT day. As soon as we entered, we wanted to leave. We were the only people there to eat lunch, the other half dozen people were only drinking at the bar. We were redirected to the tables by the bar. The waitress starts off by apologizing saying this is her first day. How bad can it be?...we are the only family in the place ordering food, right- wrong!! After barley taking our simple order, it was one thing after another. I think after we ordered they literally called the cook into work. Nobody knew what was going on at this place or how anything was suppose to run, it was so strange. After about 1/2 an hour after ordering my kids chicken tenders baskets came out.....well almost. They brought out "partial" baskets with only 1/2 the portion in each because (according to the waitress) because, "something isn't working right in the kitchen". What!?! The food was bland & dull. The service was awful. And the atmosphere was bleak and depressing. Finally after an hour (still being the only people there that ever ordered food) we were done. As we were exiting the hell-hole, my 8 yr old daughter says, "wow, the manager lady isn't wearing shoes, she's barefoot." Ok, THAT pretty much sums up our experience! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Better off going to Saginaw. The food is good for what it is, fair prices, but the first time I was there, they had people selling purses and lotion/candles (????) and my Aunt & I felt like we had to buy something because people were staring at us. The second time was at night and (like another reviewer) we had rude staff, don't know if it was the owner or not. My girlfriend also thought there was some way-too-young-looking kids drinking at the bar. Very awkward experiences both times, we won't be back.

My boyfriend and I had a gift certificate for this place that required us to spend a minimum of $35. We carefully selected enough to make our quota and we no sooner got our order in when the owner comes up our table. She very rudely informed us that we were not to take home any of the food and we would not be able to finish what we did order. She didn't stop there, she just kept trying to humilate us to the point we had to cancel our order and leave. We are not people who go to a buffet and waste food!

Before leaving, my boyfriend tried to use the bathroom but the urinal was flooding the entire bathroom. I was going to report this to the health dept, but knew she probably would have it taken care of before they got there.

Did I mention, she had a mug of beer in hand while scolding us for our order????
