Please save yourself the headache. They ruined two belts of mine. I realize that people make mistakes, but I had them shorten a belt that I liked so well. I decided to buy another belt just exactly like it. The problem is I took the new belt in and asked them to do it the same way. It was a different guy working, so I showed him the first belt so he could see exactly how much I want cut off. When I picked up the belt it was double plus the amount I wanted cut off. I just don't get it. What really sucks is I took another belt to shorten and he did the same to that one. I am in between a M and a L so I really just needed a small amount off. Now I have two belts that I can't wear. Disgusted
