Purchased a vehicle from this place last month. Everything went smoothly honestly. They took care of any noticeable problems right away and made good on the promise to ensure 4WD would work. We agreed to repair the tie rods ourselves since that is is a relatively easy task to perform and cheap too. All was great until we receive our plates and took it for inspection. Now we need front brakes and rotors, which ok it's a used car we can take care of that, but wait a minute! This place promised a WV certified inspection vehicle. So we called them out on that. Guess what. They took that down off the website as soon as we mentioned this. Wow! After some arguing they agreed to have the shop look at it and go from there. Well I only have 5 days to get the problem corrected. I'm not going to sit around waiting on whether they're going to do the right thing an make the necessary repairs. I purchased new front pads and rotors for a total of $80. Really!? You're going to have your first review be a negative one for $80? And lose repeat business. Terrible customer service. Honor what you say on your website. Had they taken care of the issue I would honestly say this was one of the better buying experiences I had buying a vehicle. Unfortunately they turn ugly once you sign the dotted line. I would not recommend buying a car here, if you do make sure to check every square inch for issues even if they say they are guaranteed to pass a WV inspection. If they it doesn't. You're stuck with the bill.
