me they were still trying to send someone out for me. then when i told him to cancel it he hung up on me. never order from them.

Provided by YPmobileNever order a cab from here EVER! Do yourselves a favor and call county line cab. I never have spoke to such horrible customer service, or people in general. They had a cab sent to pick us up, which never showed, and when we called them, they accused us of being foul towards them...which (as business owners) never, ever, would happen. Give business elsewhere. They are CROOKS

Provided by YP.comI used Main Taxi once to get a ride to the airport and I will never, NEVER, use them ever again! They charged me through a paypal account registered in Virginia so it was denied by my credit card company because there was no indication what so ever what this charge was for or where exactly from. I just received a call from the driver screaming at me for refusing to pay, "how dare I steal a ride" from him, and that he was bringing charges against me. After 12 minutes of him yelling at me, I finally got it through his thick skull that this was an issue with my credit card company and he realized that all he had to do was run my card again. So I decided to call Main Line Taxi to tell them about the irate cab driver. The woman who answered the phone was miserable. Then Rick the "manager" gets on the phone. I explained what just happened and his response was, "I don't care. He's an independent contracted driver. The Police will make sure he gets his money."
Besides all that, the car I was picked up in was absolutely filthy with old bags of fast food everywhere and he was late and got lost.
Save your self the hassle and call literally ANYONE else to drive you.

What started at a positve experience with a driver (named Jonathan) arriving to my house at the exact time requested, a seamless drop-off at my requested destination turned turned into a frustrating experience. Upon arrival to destination, I gave my credit card to the drive to cover the $60+ fare, and he wrote down the credit card # on his clipboard. I game him a $10 cash tip in the meantime. I was also looking for pickup later in the day, so told him I would be looking for a ride later for a return trip home. No problem, and he supplied his cell # to text him later.
Later in the day, I proceed with a text and he texts back to say he is not in the area and no other drivers are available within 20-30 mins. No problem, I pursued another taxi company and requested a pickup. Not too much later, my Main Line taxi driver calls to let me know he can come to pick me up, but he was a little way away. No problem, I'll wait for him. After an hour, no cab and I ended up taking my "backup" from another cab company. Lo and behold a phone call from Main Line saying my taxi had arrived. At this point, I had already taken my "backup" cab the 45 min commute home and was reting comfortable. Over and done with, right? Nope.
I check my credit card statement a few days later to see 2 pending transactions from Main Line taxi. One was for the original cab ride ($60) and another charge had appeared for $81. Turns out the driver went ahead and charged me a fare for his failed pickup after having been over an hour late. Needless to say I have since disputed the fraudulent charges with my bank and will do everything in my power to make people aware of the difficulty I encountered. Take into consideration that this could be a case of one renegade driver, but it does reflect negatively on Main Line Taxi as a whole. I'll be relaying the same to the Better Business Bureau.

Provided by YP.comThis company is a major failure and complete disaster. On a freezing cold night, I called them to arrange for a taxi to pick me up at the train station to take me home. The receptionist (Geri) told me that the taxi would meet me there at the designated time. I provided my cell phone number. When I arrived at the train station, no taxi was in sight. I called Main Line Taxi to ask where it was; Geri told me that none were available. They thus left me totally stranded on a freezing night, without shelter. It is bad enough that they failed to send a taxi as promised; it is worse that they never contacted me before the designated time, so as to allow me to make alternate arrangements. STAY AWAY. There are other taxi services on the Main Line

Provided by YP.comThe worst service . They keep me waitng for over 30 mins. I keep calling to find out where is my cab and i keep getting the run around. After a total of 40 mins of waiting ,I had to walk home from Paoli Train Station with two pieces of luggage. Don't use this Cab Co. They suck ..................

Provided by YP.comDO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE! We had reservations for New Years Eve night at 1am. We called earlier in the day to confirm. When a taxi hadn't shown up by 1:20am, we called. They said they were trying to line someone up for us and that a car would be there in an hour or two. Can you believe this?!? When I became a little annoyed (to say the least, waiting outside in the cold) and told them that this was unacceptable, they hung up on me. Called back- was hung up on again.
Find another taxi service, people.
