Customers dont matter and they steal

We bought a house over a year ago. gas tank had a tag from a business that went out of business. we used Enderby Gas to fill. after a year 1st propane shows up and claims it is their tank and we need to do business with them. We agree but are never sent the paperwork. one day they show up unannounced and put a lock on the tank. It has our gas we paid Enderby Gas for. We never signed a contract with them and not convinced that it really is their tank. They were rude and aggressive when we called. we switched our tank via Decatur Propane( best customer service so far). after 1st propane took the tank they came up with all kinds of rental fees we never agreed to since we never did any business with them. This COMPANY is full of Thieves who don't care about the customer. They should not even be in business. Use Decatur Propane or Enderby. Don't Make the mistake of doing anything with 1st Propane.
