This dominos location has accommodated my orders several times. I order the chicken alfredo, but since their chicken is chewy and disgusting, I ask them to substitute that chicken with more pasta, they've done it several times, happily, now all of a sudden they cannot make any substitutions, the first time they denied my request I was told to call in store to request that, so I cancelled the order, and just recently tried calling the store. Before I could even finish my sentence the man very rudely cut me off and told me they don't do substitutions of any kind. Which is funny because I've ordered from this dominos since they opened and they've had no problem doing it in the past. Very disappointed. I will take my business elsewhere.

I got an email because I have an account with Dominos for a special 2 topping large for $5.99. i don't have a smart phone so I called to place this order. They said - no -- online only which I couldn't do with my analog phone. I said do you have a computer in the store that I could place the order on? ---NO. So I said - do you care that I am going to drive on by your store because you can't figure out a way to help me & that I am going to give you a bad review. He said - go ahead - or something to that effect. Why does everything have to be so hard
