We try to go here to support local business. Some of the staff is rude or doesn't acknowledge you at all. The hermit crabs are in awful shape. Some have dropped limbs or barely move. They don't have an enclosed tank and don't have the humidity they need to breath. They are slowly killing every crab that is in that store. They are all in painted shells and many are glued in the shell when they are in painted shells. Its a slow horrible death- DO NOT BUY THESE CRABS. They use to carry natural shells and now have switched to the painted I suspect to make more money. They charge a few dollars more for the painted. They are selling crabs that WILL die. The bettas are also in horrible shape. I bought one from here and it has had fin rot since we got it. I have spent over 50$ in meds trying to help this fish. They are way to cold in air conditioning and no one seems to change their water in their cups. Awful set up to see. Can't support local when they abuse the creatures in their care and it costs you so much in trying to treat problems the store helps create. Shame on you EPSO- losing a 20 year customer over this.

I live in Chicago, but every month we travel to WV. We visit the store every time we pass through. This is the only store we buy supplies or pets from. The staff is exceptional!
