Good location. They were very helpful and friendly when we called since we weren't sure about the area. Unit is what we thought it would be and was very clean. Two of my fellow co-workers moving here also store with them. My wife and I both felt secure with the location and would recommend them to anyone.

This place has false advertising. They claim to have climate controlled indoor units and that their facility is secure. Both are false advertising. They have a fence around half of the facility. There are no secure gates or doors. Anyone can come there, go in, pop a lock to a unit, indoor or out, load up your stuff and leave without ever being noticed. With this, I wonder if the video surveillance even works. The units themselves are dirty and the hallways are filthy. The rock used as the parking lot are "break your ankle" sized rock. If you have weak ankles, you will twist or break your ankle. Happened to me, twice. If it wasn't such a PITA to move again, I would bale out of this terrible establishment and use one of their competitors. I currently have 5 units with 3 storage companies. I should move. Anytime a "client" of Maximum complains, they are like politicians and spin the problem and try to explain that it isn't a problem. Don't waste your time folks. Find another place.
