well to start out we should have walked out as soon as we saw two separate customers be straight up ignored. The first lady asked for her drink and the woman just made a face at her, the man mentioned they forgot his hush puppies and the employee walked right passed as if she never heard him. We stayed anyways being our 3rd place of the night and tired of going to the next place just to get bad service again. When we went to order we ordered the rootbeer where we were told with an attitude they have no drinks, just tea, lemonade and water. Fine we will even deal with that. we ended up ordering and after waiting close to 10 mins to get our food we get home to see we were charged for drinks we never got. My daughter was charged for a mean but only given the chili dog (no fries or drink) and my seafood was chicken not fish and cold and falling apart. I am not sure what took so long for them to make but I can guarantee after all of this we will never be going back to this place again.
