Jerry saved me a lot of money. Some crook of a heating contractor quoted me over $7K to replace my heating and a/c units. I wanted to see how much the units cost so I called some suppliers and AJM was priced the best for the same unit. He also told me if I buy from him, he has a contractor he will recommend to install it for me. The same guy he uses for him and his family. End result I only spent 1/2 the money and was completely satisfied.

Our Mom's dryer conked out over Labor Day weekend. Good luck trying to get anyone out who could fix it. We went online and looked at the repair videos but needed parts. The ONLY place we found open was AJM Supply on Harlem. The owner, Jerry, was in and gave us great assistance. He even showed my husband another video on line that would be even more help. Talk about service. In the world today it is good to know there are still people out there like Jerry who care about the customer!

Listen to all the good reviews on here they all sound like my story. I went in for a pair of dryer solenoids and the owner asked me a few questions and figured out it was a thermal fuse and ignitor. Great guy, took the time right at closing on a Sunday to help me out. Dryer now works great and did it all my self in about an hour. Thanks again for all your help and its good to know your open on Sundays (Actually every day). I be doing all my business with you guys in the future. Thanks Again.

First things first, very few supply houses are open on Sunday. that a big plus since the only day i get off a week is on Sunday. Second, the people who work at that place know their stuff. i walked in there about 2 weeks ago on April 18th thinking i needed an ignitor for my dryer. the owner asked me if i was sure it was the ignitor and not the thermal fuse. he taught me a trick to test it out so i went home and found out it was the fuse.I came back bought the thermal fuse and save myself like 30 bucks. they care more about customers satisfaction then they do about the money. its people like these that the bigger company are missing out on. hopefully nothing else goes wrong in my house but if something does they will be the first place i call.

AJM was a total lifesaver! Our oven went out on a Thursday night and we didn't get a chance to address it until Saturday. By the time we figured out what we needed, all the appliance part stores were closed. With Monday being a holiday we needed this fixed. AJM was the ONLY appliance parts store open on a Sunday! We drove from Hammond, IN to buy the part we needed. They were super friendly and helpful. I will definitely remember them in case I need something again in the future.

PS- some websites may say they are closed on Sunday, but they are open 10a-4pm.
