After contacting a LOT of such companies for my mom's funeral arrangements, I was ready to give up... Everyone I reached out to dealt with the "negotiations" as a "my way or the highway"... No empathy, no willingness to listen to the customer, nothing... Until, I found the Hann Funeral Home and I had a chance to speak with John Hann, the owner. He was caring, willing to work with my desired direction for the funeral, explained the what and how and delivered his services in a most prompt manner. What a relief that was for me! Impeccable services, caring staff and prompt response, even in the middle of the night! Highly recommended - 5 very bright stars!
