I went to hawk chevy cause I seen on there website a chevy traverse for 24,080. Went there with there for that truck that was advertised for 24,080 and they did not honor there advertised price. Still bought the truck to find out later I paid 26,000 for it. One thing about Web chevy they didn't honor there online sale price. It doesn't feel to good going the the dealer with a price u see online and then them not honoring it..

If I could give them a negative rating I would DO NOT BUY A USED car from them. Worse decision I ever made . Bought the car and within days the SUV gave me problems immediately. I brought the car in 3 times before I had it for a month, they pretty much told me I was nuts, had to get GM involved, I actually had to bring it to another dealership to fix the problems that they found right away. On top of that they were $6000 more than every other dealership My fault for not shopping around. So I had to pay a $1000 to have my truck fixed not even having it for 3 months, the truck had a warranty when I bought it but of course between all the arguing with Hawk the warranty ran out, Worse customer service I have ever gotten from the general manager Jorge Soria (who I hung up on), Edyta customer relations who pretty much got ignorant with me and didnt listen, to the service department that wouldnt even take 5 minutes with me to drive and feel how the truck was riding. Again WORSE decision ever

My 6 yr old son and I visited the dealership on the friday before the 4th of July weekend. I was upset that I was not able to get my dream SUV. I do however plan on re-visiting the location once I resolve my minor credit issue.



At any rate Rizza Chevy employees customer service was superb, everyone that my son and I came in contact with were very friendly & customer service oriented. I was very comfortable, even after being denied credit.



I would definitely refer and advise all to visit the location, especially if youre interested in a new CHEVY.



Rizza Chevy continue to keep up your good work!
