Additionally, the company operates various quality assurance and food safety programs that include raw material evaluations, sanitation, pest control, metal detection, weight control, organoleptic evaluations, preventative maintenance and microbiological testings. Stampede Meat employs more than 700 people.

I bought the Rib Eye Steaks and although they were thin I found they were so full of flavor and tender. I originally got them for quick snacks for after school until I realized how many ways I could cook them. I bought a whole box which is 46 to a box. Then I found the Pork Chops. They are just as good. Thank You to all the workers. God Bless each of you.

I bought a box of new York beef strip steaks and my daughter also bought a box of them, 3 steaks one lb. they were soft from tenderizer, and full of gristle, not fit to eat

The first two times I ate the ribeye steaks, they were so delicious & so tender that you could cut them with a fork. The third time, my steak was chewy & tough. I will still continue to prepare them unless they are tough. Overall, a great steak for the price.
