Worst food ever. All Sonic costumer service said was sorry. Really? I want my money back!!!! I mean seriously! I gave them money for something to eat. I didnt get something I could eat. I am still hungry! Bad food bad customer service! Lost another customer. They obviously dont care though.

I live in the area of the Sonic Drive In. . I have been there on several occasions. Most of the time I usually just get the slushies. Back in the summer my friend and I stop there for a sandwich and went inside to eat. We both ordered a cheeseburger with fried onions lettuce tomato and mayonnaise. Our cheeseburgers came out with lettuce tomato ketchup and mustard. It was extremely busy that day so we just decided to send them back and not make a big fuss. 25 minutes later they were returned to us the same way. We told them we didn't want it and all we paid for was our soda. we just chalked it up to a bad experience. I just returned to the Sonic The day before yesterday and ordered two Coney dogs... onion rings.... mozzarella sticks and ask them to please make sure that they put chili and cheese only on the dogs. The hot dogs were cold and the mozzarela sticks were so hard and stale. Onion rings were the only part of my order that was hot. The girl that brought my food out had been eating something and it was all over her mouth and she couldn't even answer a question because food was coming out while she was trying to answer. Yuck!!! Never Again and I will spred the news. Ridiculous..... really should just close the doors.

actually had to shut down because they were SO busy. Of course, they didnt bother to walk outside and tell the people who had been in the drive thru line for a half hour. brilliant.

I love this Sonic. Such a great selection of food at reasonable prices. Great variety of drinks and desserts. Like the drive in type thing too where you just pull up, order, and they bring the food to your car.

Food is nasty and the facility was in dire need of cleaning with the younger work crew just standing around doing absolutely nothing. This was very early on a Sunday morning with only a handful of customers in the place. No menus and was told they would not put menus out as they kept getting stolen by the customers. Well then laminate the menus to the tables. I would not recommend this eating establishment to anyone.
