I had a wonderful experience with Ed’s Woodshed. Michael was quick with a quote, electric fireplace was ordered and two gentleman came to install it. They did a wonderful job putting the unit in, kept the area extremely clean while cutting the wall out and were very attentive showing me how the unit operates and answering any questions I had. Thanks to Ed’s team, I have the fireplace I wanted for years. Highly recommend this business.

I made a special trip to this business to purchase gas logs only to find out there is no one there on Wednesday to answer any questions or sell a set of logs. I was told “well he works Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday and Saturday. “. What good does that do to customers on Wednesday ? I couldn’t even get info on products. What a waste of my time. Never would I go back , in fact went elsewhere and purchased logs and had great customer service

Ed's Woodshed...shoddy work, poor service and rude installers. Our fireplace was paid for in August and it is December and we are still waiting for the trim to be complete, the blower to be wired and the owner makes no effort to return calls. Absolutely do not do business with this company. You'd be better off to order from a big box store and have a qualified workman install and gas company hook up the line. RUN FROM ED'S WOODSHED!

The owner of this business is the most rude and obnoxious person I have ever dealt with.Only do business here if youre looking to be treated badly.

I had a great experience with Ed's Woodshed relative to phone conversations, face to face meetings and purchase completion. Howard and Jim were knowledgeable, honest and friendly. They found the hard to find item that I wanted and it was available that very week. I'd recommend the store to anyone in the market for a fireplace.

The individual in the store isn't much for customer service..... I was lucky there was a salesman there from one of the fireplace companies. He helped me select what I wanted because I wasn't getting anywhere with the store employee.He didn't care whether I bought or not.I checked around and evidently came back because they had exactly what I wanted.It is a not a pleasant experience buying from them, but the price was in the ballpark, and I did eventually get exactly what I wanted with no Thanks the salesman in the store.Installation takes twice as long as other places but is done correctly and they clean up well after.....

Placed a call to this company at the recommendation of my roofer, the week before Christmas..was promised a call back Christmas week. No Call. Called them...they'd be out.. One month later...I've heard nothing.
