I worked at this farm for 5+ years. I learned a lot while working my way up from farm hand to manager in that time. Some of the things that Terry ( the owner ) taught me was how to work like a slave and be manipulated... Of course he also taught me how to be manipulative with our customers too. Time after time he would stick it to customers, wether they would be new comers , or loyal customers. He would do this by lying to them about the quality of the animal they are purchasing, adding extra weight, rubbing pork on Muslim customers animals, and trading out someone's animal that they raised at home, for something half dead he bought from the auction. Eventually, I had enough and put my notice in. He was so upset that I was leaving he started spreading a lot of rumors about me. Doesn't make no difference to me , because I'm making almost triple what I made there. Usually his wife Donna, is there during holidays and Saturdays... If you're lucky enough to meet this gem, you'll notice she is always drunk, and carrying a glass of champagne. They do not care about quality service, or taking care of the animals. All they care about is squeezing every last penny out of your pocket. I would not suggest using this farm. More than once a week I've had too illegaly Medicate animals on the verge of death. There is black mold around every corner, the place is a dump. On more than one occasion, I've had to clean mice crap off of people's freshly cut meat in the walk in. Be weary of where you choose to shop for your food. - Chris Cesarini

This was my first visit to a Farm in Bridgewater. Coming from a family who enjoyes visiting Farms and purchasing products, and haven been to farms in RI, and out of state, I did not expect the rudeness my family and I encountered from the Manager and his team.



The manager didn't want to be bothered with assisting us, and the butchers were just as rude when it came to supplying information about their products.



I would NOT recommend a visit to these guys if you are looking for a great butcher shop and an overall friendly group of folks.
