The owner underestimated his price when he gave me my estimate. But we had a contract so he nickle and dimed me for everything else he did to make up the difference. He even charged me $100 extra to redo 6 loose tiles that he didn't glue in properly. Then all the grout cracked because he didn't prepare the floor properly. He blamed it on the contractor I had before him and siad he won't fix the tiles or the grout. Yet it was his work that cracked because he didn't prepare the floor properly. He charged me to go to home depot for materials that weren't even mine, $191.00 and only $ 55. was my share and then he charged me for two hours of his time at $50. an hour when he was only there for 15 minutes. This man tried to get the money he shortchanged himself when he under estimated his original estimate, by getting it elsewhere. He even had the nerve to chage me $100. extra because he had to use 4 inch screws instead of 3 inch ones.

I could go on and on.

Be very careful of this company.
