This company is extremely dishonest, a scam and will take advantage of you. Our water heater broke over the weekend. We had a project manager who came by to estimate the place. He mentioned this will be covered by the insurance and based on that assumption, he wrote down a jacked up price for the insurance. For a 900sq feet with 30x31 linear footage for extraction of water, carpet removal and removing the moulding, they charged us $6,300. When he wrote that number, he said "this was a fat number for insurance but if you have to pay from your pocket, I'll come down on the numbers". We reached out to him everyday asking what the $$ would be and he said he will get back to us and never did. We saw our card charged with $6300 with out any itemized bill or discussion.
Extremely disappointed we chose this company and I would suggest please reach out to others before you choose them for your basement. Im sure 5* ratings below are rated by their company themselves

NE Power Dry was recommended by my plumber after a pipe broke in my basement. Within MINUTES, literally, the evaluator (David) was at my house. His crew followed immediately after. They laid paper down throughout the walkways, handled all my possessions with care, were meticulous with the cleanup. After Percy (the lead Tech) and his crew were finished, my basement was BETTER than before. I'm VERY VERY impressed with their work and professionalism. I strongly recommend! I cant imagine any company doing a better job.
