The new General Manager, Jim Marsh and board member, John Ament are very unprofessional and used intimidation tactics on me. I'm a member at another Elk's Lodge and was treated with the upmost disrespect from these two guys. They are both NOT qualified to manage anything especially a 2.5 million dollar F&B business. I will never even consider having an event at this place and you shouldn't either. Please go somewhere where the management treats you with respect and gratitude!
