I bought two new iPhones from this store which is not even Sprint...just Arch Telecom which is an authorized Sprint dealer. So, they are a glorified kiosk that you see around the mall. I traded in my pristine iPhone 6s to get a better deal on the new phones. As we started using the Sprint service, we realized how bad the cell reception was very quickly...dropped calls, calls wouldn't go through, text messages rarely were able to send. It was terrible.

I had a 14-day window to return the phones, so I took them back. They had already shipped my 6s off for refurbishing, so I wasn't getting it back. They never refunded our money for the phones we returned nor did they compensate me for my 6s. I had to call the store multiple times, but there was never a manager there. I was always told they are taking care of it. It got to the point where I had to contact the Better Business Bureau to get any kind of response. I finally received a refund for the two phones we bought, but they only gave me a paltry sum that they determined was the value of my 6s...$115 for a phone they were selling for $450.

The cell service and customer service are the worst! Use Verizon or AT&T before choosing this kind of grief!
