Very caring, patient and experienced teacher. Now accepting new Students. Studio is located in Bridgewater New Jersey. (Somerset County) two miles from Somerville Circle. Teacher is New Jersey State Certified. 40 years experience. BA in music and graduate studies in Voice and piano Pedagogy. Professional performance experience. Ages 4 through senior citizens. Beginners through College level (Advanced Studies). (Music theory, music reading, piano technique) Private Lessons Voice students will be taught breathing exercises and vocalize will be introduced to develop proper voice placement and support, A beautiful tone using a mixed voice and extended range will be established. Diction will be emphasized. Repertoire will by carefully analyzed and proper vowels will be selected for each word to create the best sound possible. Students will have the opportunity to perform in public concerts by joining the Fine Arts Performing Group known as La Petite Ensemble. The group was formed in 1987. This is a great way for students to experience community service and to enhance their artistic skills and acting stage presence. No charge, free membership. Piano students have the opportunity to perform in the Music Educators Association of NJ. at New Jersey Colleges. Theory test will be given. Call Ask for Susan
