I have had to have my furnace and air conditioner both replaced in the last year and chose Brigham Heating and Cooling as they have also done service calls for me. I am very impressed with how personable and timely they are. They have done excellent work and even came out on a Saturday afternoon to replace a part that quit working. They always have a smile!! Very satisfied and highly recommend!!

We purchased a furnace and a/c and are very satisfied. The bill came out to be exactly as quoted. We got a great product for the amount we paid. My mom also had a furnace and a/c installed around the same time but by a different company that she would not recommend. She had called around and this other company was the cheapest but she said they were not very bright. We paid the same amount she did but the service we received from Brigham Heating was incredible! These guys have been in the business for a long time so they know what they're doing and are also very respectful and kind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know!

I used this company to set up a gas line for my dryer. I was quoted $100 and am fine with the work they did in terms of the gas line. I am disappointed in terms of having them replaces my valves for the washing machine. They assured me it would be no problem. My bill ended being 6 times the amount quoted and even though they ran into problems, I was not informed as to how much it was costing me.When they were finished, I received a bill for $636!! It far exceeds the hundred dollar quote I received the night before. Choke!I am single and a student and would have chosen to not have them do the things they did had I known prior what it was costing me! Be sure to ask along the way how much each step is costing you!

My furnace stopped working so I called Brigham Heating and Cooling. He spent 4 hours working on the furnace and couldn't figure out. Hooked up a new thermastat wrong and fried it. I was being charged 35.00 per hour and after working on it for 4 hours and not knowing what was wrong with it I told him that I would have to hire someone esle. We got into a big argument in my kitchen and he even charged me for the thermastat that he fried. I told him that I hired him to fix it, not fry it, that is what his overhead is for. I would not hire him or refer him to anyone!!!!
