I am a current resident, planning on moving as soon as my lease is up. The rental lady seems nice enough when you meet her, however she has a habit of saying one thing and doing another, or doing nothing at all. When I went to her office during normal business hours I saw her car parked in her spot, walked in and could see her cell phone on her desk and the lights were on, yet she turned the paper clock on her office door to wont be back until 2pm and it was only 1030am! I have requested repairs in writing and while she is nice enough, she seems to always be apologizing for not getting something done in a timely manner, she is unavailable to speak to when there is a problem. However she will be happy to be there if you are signing a new lease! Good luck
