All around a great salon! The stylists are happy, the atmosphere is cozy and the services are great quality.

If you are looking for a job do not apply here. lowest paying salon job I have ever worked at in my 9 yr experience. They are slow so you will not make commission regularly. If you don't make commission, legal they have to pay you minimum wage. This is how the go about paying you. at $7.25 an hour you should have made $250. But your commission only got you $150 and your tips where $50 for that pay period. Your paycheck would only be $200. Because your tips are considered part of your pay. They also highlight the difference in red to let you know they paid this out of their own pockets. They do make a big deal about this like your stealing. They don't pay you for work meetings that are mandatory , or when closing the salon they want you to clock out before gathering the garbage , counting the till , and sweeping.
