I brought in a new company car for its first service. 7500 miles. They were supposed to change the oil, top off the fluids, and rotate the tires. They changed the oil and ignored the other two things. They also didn't reattach the air dam under the vehicle properly so after I drove away, about 3 blocks, it came loose and started dragging. When I went back everyone that worked there told me it wasn't their fault. When I reminded them that this was the very first time it had been serviced and asked who else could have messed it up they grumbled and walked away. Eventually they pulled it in and looked under it. The air dam had a big piece ripped out of it and the 'best they could do' was to finish tearing off the loose piece and reattach what was left. I asked them to order me a new air dam and make this right. They gave me some story about how only the owner could approve such an expense and that he's hard to get in touch with. But, they would talk to him and get back to me. I'm sure that was code for "we'll never talk to him or call you back" because it's been weeks and they haven't called. AVOID this place if you want a complete service and would like to have all the parts of your car put back the way they were when you came in .

I will never go to this service station again. The service technician broke off my drivers side handle, he then proceeded to tell me that it must have already been broken so they couldn't do anything about it. I now have to go through the passenger side door to get in. The door handle was completely fine before going in.
