Not only was our $11 calzone soggy, cold & not crispy as ordered, but the "manager" Ron, AND the "owner" Billy were rude and nonchalant. They offered me a 10% discount on my next delivery order, which is $1.10! After explaining the reason I had to call the next day was b/c we were on our way to the movies, Billy offered me a WHOPPING 30%, or $3.90! WHAT?! A crappy $11 calzone and get $3 credit?? I told him if I treated my customers in my business like that, I would not have any customers, but instead he got hostile with me on the phone, so I told him all it would take is a couple of YT videos, and post in review forums like this, and he will lose customers. WOW! Not only did he lose us as and everyone we know as customers for life, but anyone that reads this as well. Keep the $11 Billy. Maybe it will make up for the THOUSANDS you lose for being an arrogant biz owner. Loser. TERRIBLE calzones and even WORSE customer service = formula for FAILURE!

Good pizza but expensive. Service isn't very good... went in with a large group and we ordered salad and pizzas for all. Salad came after the first pizza (which they made wrong). Then they tried to give our second pizza to someone else who came in after us. I noticed another table who didn't get their salad before the pizza either. Like I said... service pretty bad but everyone was friendly.
