Provided by YPmobileThis branch's manager, Michelle Rodriguez, is very unprofessional, is poor st relaying vital information, and failed to keep the customer first. Sorry to say that because of this rude, unprofessional person that represents the company and ultimately is the face of the company when members and non-members walk through the business doors of Bellco, my husband and I are no longer members of Bellco after 17 years of doing business with them. She was not helpful and her tone was very negative and uncalled for. If anyone is looking for a hoke branch and are a Bellco member, I would not recommend going to this one! Just a small word of advice.
