These people are a joke. They requested an early out so that the new tenants could move in, then charged us. They also claimed damages and cleaning fees when the new tenants were moving in before we were completely out. The new tenants even thanked us for leaving it so clean. They claimed that our two chihuahuas damaged the back yard and they had to replace 200 square feet of sod. The back yard did not even have 200 feet of grass to begin with and the dogs only lived there for ten months. Half of that time the yard was covered in snow and the dogs lived inside the house in crates. They are the most dishonest people and should not be trusted. If we could give them negative stars, we would.
