Awesome food. Sister in laws are allergic to everything. Food was made to their diet! Even the glueten free chocolate cake for desert! They have not been able to go to a restaurant in two years.

I have been looking for a good Italian restaurant in the north Denver metro area for years. My search is over! The meal was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful, the ambiance cozy, comfortable, yet elegant at the same time. We were brought warm pull-apart bread with our salads and I almost died and went to heaven on the spot! My calzone was delicious, with a perfect crust brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with just the right amount of fresh cheese before baking. My husband ordered lasagna, which was also delicious. The sausage was the most flavorful I have had anywhere. The only "complaint" I would have, not really even a complaint, is that the tables are very close together. Understandable, since they are in a fairly small space and they need to get as many tables in as possible. We arrived at around 5:45 on a Saturday evening, perfect timing with about a 3 minute wait. 15 minutes later, there was a line out the door. The food is definitely worth the wait, though. Pinocchios adds great food and a little upscale flair to Brighton. Near the new library. Prices are higher than us old-time Brighton residents are used to, and less than you pay for similar food in Denver. (Note to other old-timers: IT IS WORTH A LITTLE MORE! at least you save on gas and headaches going into Denver) The service is attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere is charming and allows for conversation. The bread is fresh and tasty, the salad crisp, dressing home made, the entrees well crafted, well presented and delicious. Worth a try, look for some old-timers, we'll probably be there.

We were so pleased that a really nice Italian restaurant opened up in Brighton. The first time we went, we waited for about 25 minutes to be seated. We didn't mind at all as it is nice to see a good restaurant "making a go of it" in these tough economic times. The children's menu was good and the wait staff was great relating to us on a personal level. The homemade Manicotti was great and the sauce very tasty and sweet. We plan to take our parents next time we go.
