When first making contact with this company for a whole house remodel the lady on the phone told me they had 20 ppl available for demo. Turned out they had only 1 guy that didnt even have his own equipment and used ours instead. It was down hill from there as WE had to supervise the project daily while living off site. Job site was dirty, trash was stored in our garage (we had approval from HOA for a dumpster but PRC wouldn't pay for one), not completed on time, and we had a lien placed against our home because PRC didn't pay their subcontractor. The "supervisor team" has changed 2x that I know of over the past 15mos. One super left because he wasn't paid on time. The owner is not customer friendly, never returns calls, drags his feet and then some when required to do follow up repairs on shoddy workmanship.

If there was a zero rating, they would get it. They built a garage for me,and did a good job on it. I later found out that they don't pay their bills. I paid them in full, and received certified letters from the engineering firm and the truss supplier stating that they were going to place a lien on our property because they had not been paid. Still trying to fix that problem. Prairie Red owner won't return calls. Buyer beware.

This contractor recently did insurance claim repair work in Denver. They did not pay their concrete subcontractor to date 3/11/15 the subcontractor is still owed $3800.00
