Working with Mike and Ian was a pleasure. They gave us a signed list of each agreed upon aspect of our deal and delivered on every promise. We traded our travel trailer for a Cougar fifth wheel; when I "threw in" a few items that we no long had need of but hadn't promised them, they reciprocated in kind without my asking them to do so. We've taken our new rig on two trips, and everything has worked as expected. We highly recommend this business. We live in Colorado Springs but didn't mind the drive to be treated with respect and integrity. Thanks, guys.
