Jackson Heating and cooling is a great place to use. Mr Jackson is friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using him again for future service calls.

I do not understand people Mr.Jackson and his wife are very nice people and will work with you anyway they can.

And his wife has always talk to me kind.

Not sure what the other review is talking about since Jackson heating and cooling has saved us on several occassions. They serviced our initial unit for several years including going up into the attic on days so hot that we had already been turned down by a couple of companies. They also came out at midnight to fix a unit and called all over St Louis to find a part for the discontinued unit so that we wouldn't be stuck with having to install a new unit. They have installed a new hot water heater for us and also for several of our neighbors.

If you want fast service, you will get it. My main complaints are that they were called out twice since March. Each call cost $165 for the service. The last call lasted for 3 weeks, but I wasn't told until now that I needed a new A/C Unit. But, worse than that, was their answering service. The wife who answers was rude and demeaning. When I asked her if I could talk to her husband about the A/C unit he would be installing, she made it very clear that all calls go through her and that her husband doesn't like to make long-distance calls. If you have a rental and you are wanting service long-distance, DON'T go with Jackson. His wife made it clear to me that we are just a bother to them. She was rude enough that I am not using them this time or ever.
